Based on our company targets, through career coaching, we help our co-workers to develop an individual career plan, adjusted to their needs.
Development, coaching, promotions and in/outplacement are done based on the gap between required and present competences.
“Potentials” are defined based on realisations and performances and the necessary attitude and competences for growth.
Through management development the directors’ team wants to safeguard motivating and inspiring “leadership”, on all managerial levels.To achieve this, once a year the management potentials will be evaluated and individual management development plans will be elaborated. 
The individual development plans will mainly be based on the yearly evaluation, in which knowledge and competences (based on the competence profiles) and results (based on the pre-conceived targets) are measured.
